Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Please note:

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Items

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipment only. Once your order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
